lungau card

with the lungau card summer, lungau vacationers can expect a huge variety of free and discounted activities for the whole family during the summer season (end of may to end of october). by presenting a valid "all-inclusive" guest card, you and your entire family receive one-time free access (all-inclusive service partner) and/or discounted use (bonus service partner) to numerous cable cars, excursion destinations, outdoor activities, sights, museums, wellness offerings, swimming pools, and much more throughout the salzburg lungau region for the duration of your stay. 

salzburgerland card

free admission to 190 sights and excursion destinations (with the included 24-hour salzburg card, you can also enjoy the city of mozart)! 

a 6-day ticket for adults costs €99.00 per person, and for children (ages 4 to 15) €50.00 per child.

salzburg card

with the salzburg card and all its benefits, you can easily and conveniently explore the city of mozart. free admission to sights and museums, free use of public transport, and a wide range of additional discounts offer you a lot of salzburg for little money. 

a 24-hour ticket for adults costs €31.00 per person, and for children (ages 6 to 15) €15.50.

for the improved safety of our guests, we have invested in air purifiers.

arrival and departure

your room will be available from 3:30 pm. we ask that you vacate it by 11:00 am upon departure. we will be happy to store your luggage after your check-out if you would like to spend another day on the priste or in obertauern.

bathrobes 

you will find bathrobes, m and xl, in the wardrobe, they are happy to be used and also happy not to leave their home, the hotel alpina.

if you like the bathrobe, you can buy a new one for €uro 65.00. Bathrobes are also available in children’s sizes 116 and 152.

we kindly ask you to leave the used bathrobes in the bathroom when you leave.

bath slippers (alpina nachhaltigkeit)

kaaita is a small company from slovenia that makes modern slippers from recycled plastic bottles. each pair is made from six recycled plastic bottles. 

you can purchase the slippers in sizes m and xl for €12.00 per pair at reception, and you're welcome to take them home as a souvenir. 

bath and body

you will find the pure herbs range in our bathrooms.

enjoy the soothing combination of natural herbal extracts and the harmonious interplay of fruity-citrus aromas and delicate herbal notes.

each room has a coffee machine. during your stay, you will receive two capsules and two capsules of milk free of charge.

we drive four e-cars ourselves and have three salzburg ag e-charging stations in our park opposite the hotel alpina.

radiation fields, from all kinds of electrical devices, have increased massively in recent years - our “modern”, networked online lifestyle is the reason for it. although the exposure of each individual is subjective and the scientific evidence is still partially controversial, the issue is omnipresent.

we have decided to set an example together with the zes vision technology and make our hotel interference-free.

radiation neutralization according to zes vision

this biotechnology was developed by an austrian physicist and a german ent doctor, and converts all biologically relevant radiation into harmless heat. the zes vision products have no external energy source.

the technology comes in chips of different sized chips, which are processed and offered in different ways. all chips are constructed identically. the antenna is on the front and the diodes, which convert the absorbed, biologically relevant radiation into heat, are on the back.

implemented in the hotel alpina

as a first step, we tested the zes-vision products in our family for four weeks in 2020. convinced by this phase, we gave the go for the big project in our hotel.

our hotel alpina was measured by an experienced radiesthesist and the measurement results were noted in our construction plans. after a few weeks of preparation, device chips were installed throughout the hotel and all beds were fitted with medi-pads, the mattress toppers with 3 device chips per pad. during the first training, our employees were introduced to the zes system so that they can answer your questions competently during your next stay at your hotel alpina.

hotel laundry (alpina sustainability)

in-house laundry saves electricity, co2, and resources! at hotel alpina we wash and iron everything ourselves, from your bed linen to your bathrobe, and we've been 

doing this even more efficiently since july 2020 now: with our new miele washing system, we are saving more energy - with the same or better quality!

there is a free wi-fi connection throughout the hotel. to activate the internet, select the public lan hotel alpina network, open an internet browser and agree to the general terms of use. we ask that you refrain from using the Internet out of consideration for other guests in the sauna area.

a laundry bag can be found in the closet. 

our housekeeping team will be happy to clean your laundry for an extra charge of €uro 20.00 per laundry bag. please leave the bag on the bed and housekeeping will take the bag away. you can also contact reception by dialing 900, and we will organize the collection for you.

your clothes will be washed within 24 hours if you hand them in by 9.00 a.m.

mattress

we have invested in your comfort and equipped all rooms with mattresses from elastica. these can be turned on request, as one side has a medium-firm surface and the other a firm surface.

mini bar

the minibar is stocked with drinks and small snacks and is replenished daily. you will a price list on the top of the minibar. should you wish for an alternative selection please contact reception by dialing 900.

early bird breakfast

 a small selection of pastries, butter, and jam, as well as a coffee and tea station, is available for all early risers from 7:00 a.m. seating is available in the dining room. 

breakfast

from 7:45 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., you can feast to your heart's content. enjoy the most important meal of the day. our breakfast buffet costs €18.00 (€10.00 for children up to 13 years old). 

dinner

dinner is served from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.* in our dining room and in the restaurant. our restaurant is closed on wednesday evenings*.

on the *rest day, adults and children (10 years and older) receive a €20 voucher per person as part of the half-board package, which can be redeemed in one of the open restaurants in obertauern. children aged 4 to 9.99 receive a €10 voucher per child. 

dinner costs €35 per person outside of the alpina summer half-board package. 

lazy flamingo diner

the lazy flamingo diner is located on the ground floor of the hotel and serves fine dishes and cool drinks accompanied by 60s music. 

pets

your pet is welcome to join you on your holiday (a maximum of one dog per room). the cost is €uro 18.00 per pet per day. 

please note that your pets are not permitted in the ess.zimmer, the wellness area, and the superior rooms. we will be happy to set a table for you and your four-legged friend in the dining.room.

our rooms and the hotel are non-smoking. smoking is allowed on the balcony of your room. we kindly ask you to keep the balcony door closed. Please note that if you disregard our non-smoking policy in the hotel room, we will charge you €uro 100.00 for any additional cleaning. You are also welcome to use the terrace.

sauna area and fitness area  

please wear appropriate footwear when entering the spa area. slippers are available in sizes m and xl for €uro 12.00 at the reception desk. 

alternatively, please use the blue overshoes that are provided outside the wellness area.

fitness area

the fitness area can be used without prior notice between 8:00 a.m. and 

10:00 p.m. towels can be found in the wellness area. 

sauna area

we are happy to turn on the sauna for you until 9:00 p.m. please let us know approximately 30 minutes before you wish to use the sauna facilities. 

sharing is caring - our guests all enjoy our wellness and fitness area. we thank you for limiting your visit to one hour (60 minutes). 

the luxurious marble spa made of austrian sölker natural stone is equipped with a classical finish sauna, bio sauna, bio steam bath, showers, an ice-crasher, 

and a massage, fitness, and relaxation room. 

on request, we can also activate the various sauna areas for you earlier. sauna towels are available in the wellness area.

the fitness equipment and the marble loungers in the relaxation room must be cleaned after each use. a disinfection spray can be found there.

children may only use the wellness area and fitness equipment from the age of 10 if accompanied by their parents. due to the risk of injury, we ask that children under the age of 16 only use the fitness equipment under parental supervision. 

we ask you to adjust the volume to the environment; relaxation and resting have priority.

spa towels

the cozy cuddly sauna towels are in the wellness area.

please hand in the towels after your wellness session in the designated containers.

souvenirs 

we are selling souvenirs at our front desk. the display cases can be found in the fitness area and at the hotel entrance. 

stone pine products- stone pine ball and stone pine cube

would you like to test the mountain water with a stone pine taste? you can find a carafe and a stone pine ball in your room. 

the special feature is the stone pine ball which you will find on top of the carafe. the essential oils of this wood type are fragrant, produce pleasant well-being and have a verifiable influence on one’s health.

have you enjoyed the taste of the stone pine wood energized water? or would you like a local gift with a special flair? you are welcome to buy a big carafe with a stone pine ball for €uro 52.90 at reception. 

the pure, natural stone pine oil is available in 10 ml bottles for €uro 12.90 per bottle at the reception.

if you like the benevolent smell of the stone pine wood, then we can offer you the use of a stone pine cube. the cube contains stone pine flakes, on which you put 1-2 drops of high-quality stone pine oil.

the pleasant smell improves sleep quality and slows down the heartbeat and circulation. the cube (€uro 32.90) and the stone pine ball (emblazoned with the alpina logo) are wonderful as a present or as a memory of your holiday in our house. 

the pure, natural stone pine oil can be purchased in 10ml bottles for € 12.90 per bottle at the reception.
