With the expansion of the 4th floor, we are specifically increasing our accommodation capacity. The new superior rooms and hotel studios create additional high-quality overnight accommodation and thus sustainably strengthen the core business of the Hotel Alpina.
YOUR INVESTMENT IN THE ALPINA
You are investing in a hotel you know.
With the Alpina Smile Investment Weeks 2026, you have the opportunity to contribute to the project's financing
by taking out a qualified subordinated loan.
The terms and conditions summarized:
- Investment period: September 1st – September 30th, 2026
- Project volume: more than € 550,000
- Duration: 5 years
- Voucher interest rate: 8 % p.a.
You will receive the agreed interest payment in the form of Hotel Alpina vouchers.
This way, your interest income simultaneously gives you the opportunity to spend more time at the Alpina.
- Alternative cash interest: 4 % p.a.
Alternatively, you can opt for an interest payment of 4% per annum in cash.
Each payment will be made in accordance with the terms of the investment agreement.
A SIMPLE EXAMPLE
For an investment of € 10,000, the annual interest rate is:
8% voucher interest - € 800 Hotel Alpina voucher value per year
or
4% cash interest - € 400 per year
The actual processing and payment will be governed by the full terms and conditions of the contract.

What are the Alpina Smile Investment Weeks?
They are a limited-time investment opportunity designed to finance the expansion of the fourth floor at
the Hotel Alpina in 2026.
How long can I invest?
Investments can be made from 1 to 30 September 2026. Once this period ends, the investment round will close.
What is the interest rate?
You can choose between an 8% voucher interest rate and a 4% cash interest rate. The details are set out in the
full investment documents.
How long does my investment run?
The contract has a term of 5 years.
What does voucher interest mean?
With the voucher option, the agreed interest rate is paid in the form of Hotel Alpina value vouchers.
These vouchers can be used for services at Hotel Alpina in accordance with the applicable voucher terms and conditions.
What does qualified subordinated loan mean?
A qualified subordinated loan is not a savings deposit. In the event of financial difficulties, subordinated claims can
only be satisfied after other creditors have been paid. Therefore, there is an increased risk, including the possibility
of partial or total loss of the invested capital.
Is there a government-backed deposit insurance scheme?
No. There is no government deposit protection for this investment.
When will I get my invested capital back?
Repayment will be made after the agreed term has expired and in accordance with the terms of the investment contract.
Can I get my investment back early?
Early repayment is only possible if expressly provided for in the contractual terms.
What will my investment be used for?
The investment will will finance the expansion of the fourth floor, including seven new double room superior and
four hotel studio superior.
When will the new units be ready?
Completion is planned for the winter season 2026/27.
Do I have to be a regular guest at the Hotel Alpina?
No, this investment round is primarily aimed at regular guests, friends and associates of Hotel Alpina. Subject to
applicable legal and contractual requirements, other interested parties may also participate.
Where can I obtain the complete contract documents?
After submitting a non-binding expression of interest, you will receive the complete information and contract documents.
IMPORTANT INVESTMENT NOTICE
This is an investment in the form of a qualified subordinated loan, rather than a savings product or deposit.
The claims are both unsecured and subordinated. There is a risk of losing some or all of the invested capital. There is no government deposit insurance.
Investors should only invest after carefully reviewing all information and contractual documents.
