deposit

• for reservations of up to 4 days, we need a credit card to guarantee the room (for reservations of up to 4rooms). a deposit of 20 % of the total cost is payable if no credit card is available.
• for reservations of more than 5 days, a deposit of 20 % of the total cost is payable.
• in the case of a group reservation (5 rooms or more), a deposit of 25 % of the total cost is payable.

arrival and departure

• in the event of an early departure or arrival after the reserved dates, our cancellation conditions apply.
• on your arrival day, your hotel room is available from 3:30 p.m. and the alpina holdiay living flat from 4:00 p.m.
• on departure day, we ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 a.m and the alpina holiday living accommodation by 10:00 a.m.
• payment method: cash, debit card, mastercard, visa, china union
• please keep in mind that there may be a daily or weekly limit when you pay with a debit or credit card. in this case, we recommend that you pay part of the bill before your arrival or during your stay.
• general local tax € 2.45 per night and person (from 01.11.2023), people up to the age of 15 are exempt.

cancellation conditions

cancellation by the parties to the contract - cancellation fee

• in case of a cancellation, the cancellation fees are payable according to our cancellation policy. for reservations that have been guaranteed with a credit card, the credit card will be charged with the corresponding cancellation costs. the cancellation rules vary in summer and winter. in the case of a refund of your deposit, it will be returned to you on the next payment run and within three weeks.

summer 2024 - hotel alpina - cancellation policy

• until 48 hours (3:00 p.m.) before the guests arrival date, the accommodation can be canceled through a unilateral declaration by either party.
• up to 24 hours before the guest`s arrival date, 90% of the total package price accrues;
• 100 % of the total agreed price is payable on the day of arrival.

summer 2024- cancellation conditions alpina holiday living apartments, not applicable for a non-refundable reservation

• up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the guest`s arrival date, the accommodation contract can be canceled through a unilateral declaration by either party.
• 70 % of the total package price is payable up to 1 week before the day of arrival;
• 90 % of the total package price is payable within the last week before the day of arrival;
• 100 % of the total package price is due on the day of arrival.

winter 2023/2024 & 2024/2025 - cancellation conditions for individual bookings (up to 4 rooms) & alpina holiday living apartments, are not applicable for a non-refundable reservation

• up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the guest`s arrival date, the accommodation contract can be canceled through a unilateral declaration by either party.
• 70 % of the total package price (excluding ski pass) is payable up to 1 week before the day of arrival;
• 90 % of the total package price (excluding ski pass) is payable within the last week before the day of arrival;
• 100 % of the total package price (excluding ski pass) is due on the day of arrival.

winter 2023/2024 & 2024/2026 - cancellation conditions for group bookings (5 or more rooms), are not applicable for a non-refundable reservation

• up to 6 weeks before the guest`s arrival date, the accommodation contract can be canceled through a unilateral declaration by either party.
• 40 % of the total package price (excluding ski pass) is payable up to 1 month before the day of arrival
• 70 % of the total package price (excluding ski pass) is payable up to 2 weeks before the day of arrival;
• 90 % of the total package price (excluding ski pass) is payable within the last week before the day of arrival;
• 100 % of the total package price (excluding ski pass) is due on the day of arrival.
